Delete Your Deal Buddy Account

Deal Buddy users can delete their account and associated app data from inside the app. If you cannot access your account, you can contact support for help with account deletion.

Delete in the app

Open Deal Buddy, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. Review the permanent deletion warning, type DELETE to confirm, and choose Permanently delete account. The app deletes your Deal Buddy app data and signs you out after deletion completes.

Need access help?

If you cannot access the app, email with the subject line "Account deletion request" and include the email address associated with your Deal Buddy account. Support may ask for additional confirmation before processing the request.

What is deleted

Account deletion requests cover your Deal Buddy account profile and app data associated with that account, such as goals, working-day settings, pipeline/customer cards, tasks, activity logs, sold-deal records, pay-plan settings, and commission estimate inputs.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or operational reasons. Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
