Deal Buddy is a sales workflow and commission-tracking app for automotive salespeople. This policy explains the information Deal Buddy may collect and how that information is used to provide the app.
Information Deal Buddy collects
Deal Buddy may collect or store information you provide while using the app, including:
- Account information, such as your email address.
- Profile and dealership details, such as your name, dealership, rooftop, working days, and time zone.
- Customer and sales workflow information you enter, such as customer names, contact information, notes, tasks, pipeline stages, vehicle interest, sold deal data, gross, commission, pay plan, goals, and activity logs.
- Technical identifiers needed to authenticate your account and provide app functionality.
How information is used
Deal Buddy uses this information to provide the app's core functionality, including account access, pipeline tracking, daily activity tracking, task management, sold deal logging, pay plan goals, and commission estimates.
Storage and service providers
Deal Buddy data may be stored with backend and infrastructure providers used to operate the app. These providers help deliver authentication, database, hosting, and support functionality.
Advertising, tracking, and sale of data
Deal Buddy does not use third-party advertising, does not sell personal data, and does not track users across other companies' apps or websites. Deal Buddy does not provide a public user-generated content feed.
Account support and deletion
You can request support or account deletion through the contact path listed on the Support page. When requesting deletion, please contact support from the email address associated with your Deal Buddy account when possible, or email accounts at dealbuddy.deals.

Password reset
Deal Buddy does not currently promise automated password reset email delivery. If you need help accessing an account, contact support.

Deal Buddy may update this policy as the app changes. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date on this page.
